By downloading, accessing, or using the Akirva platform (including the passenger app and driver app), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Akirva provides a digital mobility technology platform that connects passengers seeking local auto-rickshaw transportation with registered drivers. Akirva itself does not provide transportation services; we provide the technology to facilitate these connections.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Passengers must ensure they are at the specified pickup location on time. Treat drivers with respect and abide by all local laws during the ride. Passengers are responsible for paying the fare as indicated by the app or driver upon completion of the ride.
Driver partners are independent contractors. They must maintain valid licenses, permits, and vehicle insurance as required by local authorities. Drivers must provide safe, reliable transportation and maintain their vehicles in good condition.
Fares are calculated using our internal digital systems (such as Akirva Meter technology) based on distance and standard rates. Passengers agree to pay the total fare for the completed ride. Payment terms and methods will be displayed within the application.

We strive to maintain the availability of our platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
All content, technology, logos, and features of the Akirva platform are the intellectual property of A S AKIRVA METER AUTO. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akirva is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or the transportation services provided by independent drivers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary for the safety and integrity of the platform.
